John Charles Eckles, age 61 of Hapeville, GA, passed away Oct. 22, 2012. Surviving are wife; Vera Lee Eckles, son; Matthew Edward Eckles, brothers; William H. Eckles and Nathan Andrew Eckles, sister; Julia Grace Blair. Memorial services will be held Monday, Oct. 29, 2012 at 3:00 pm at Historic Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home 2968 East Point St. East Point, GA 30344. The family will receive friends from 1-3 pm the day of the service. In lieu of flowers contribution may be made to Vera Lee Eckles for final funeral expenses.
