He was born June 28, 1976 in Peoria to John M. and Ellen S. (Darling) Clutter.
Surviving are his father, John (Vhanissa) Clutter of Washington; his mother, Ellen Howard of Morton; and siblings, Bradley (Shawna), Jhakody and Jhanissa Clutter.
He was preceded in death by his step-father, Durward Howard.
He worked in the workshop at the Individual Advocacy Group in Moline, IL.
Michael loved bowling and music. He wore a constant smile and brought joy to those around him.
His funeral will be at 10:30 Saturday, December 12, 2015 at Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria with visitation one hour prior beginning at 9:30 am. Burial will follow at Fondulac Cemetery.
