Judith "Judy" E. Garske

Judith E. "Judy" Garske, 84, of East Peoria, formerly of Morton, passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2022 at River Crossing of East Peoria. She was born on August 24, 1938 in LaSalle County, a daughter of Lester and Ethel (Nowlin) Gould. Judy married Richard Arthur Garske on September 29, 1956 in Peoria. He preceded her in death on August 14, 2020 in Morton.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; and one sister.

Judy is survived by her two sons, Rick (Pam) Garske of Mattoon and Danny (Lori) Garske of Washington; one granddaughter; three grandsons; and one great-granddaughter.

Judy worked for Caterpillar, Inc. for 31 years.

Per Judy's wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, October 20, 2022 in Hillcrest Memory Gardens in Morton. Cremation has been entrusted to Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria.
