Cynthia D. “Cindy” Guilliams, 62, of Minier, passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at her home, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born July 21, 1956 in Peoria to James and Carolyn (Payne) Meyer.
Cindy married Richard “Rick” Guilliams March 3, 2017 in Minier. He survives.
Also surviving are her sons Jamie (Dawn Workman) Daily of Peoria and Josh Billingsley of East Peoria; grandchildren Addison, Elizabeth and Julianna; brother Gary Meyer; nephew Aaron Vaughn and niece Michelle Vaughn.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.
Cremation has been accorded. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
