

Robert Alan Storm, of Haslett, formerly of Zephyrhills, FL, lost his battle with cancer and entered God’s heavenly kingdom on March 23rd, 2018. He was born on October 9th, 1952, his sister’s fourth birthday to parents, Robert and Betty (nee Schwartz) Storm.
He graduated from Haslett High School in 1970 and moved to Tampa, Florida shortly after. He worked in the automotive brake repair business at Muffler City and several other places in Tampa for 20 years. He went back to school and received his Associates Degree in CAD Design Technology.
He loved watching sports, especially NASCAR and WWE, and going to the casino. He was very proud of his 30 years of sobriety through AA where he met his wife, Donna.
He was predeceased by his wife of 20 years, Donna French Storm in 2014; his father in 2016; his nephew, Brett Savage in 2002; grandmother, Goldie Schwartz and several other relatives. Those left to mourn his passing are his mother, Betty Storm; sister, Suzanne Savage; nephews, Christopher Savage (Jennifer), Aaron Savage (Nickie Souleyrette); great nephews, Billy Elliott, Shane Savage, Carter Savage, Trenten Elliott and great nieces, Stacy Elliott, Nikkole Susdorf, Shelby Savage and Alivia Elliott. Survived by Donna’s family: son and daughter-in-law, David and Sandy Haas; grandsons, Eric and Joshua Haas and Hayden Peiker and great grandson, Matthew Haas, all of Florida.
Funeral Service will be Sunday, April 8, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Home in East Lansing with visitation one hour prior to service.
Interment to follow at Glendale Cemetery in Okemos.
