Maura R Connelly

Maura was born in Lansing, Michigan the third child of Charles and Judith Connelly of Haslett, Michigan.

Maura was raised in Haslett along with her three siblings Jeff Connelly (Amanda) of Chelsea, Michigan. Darcy Connelly of Haslett and Meghan Roberts (Randy) of Perry, Michigan.

Maura graduated from Haslett High School in 1982 where she excelled in mathematics and music and went on to study chemistry at Alma College.

Maura worked in the medical receivables industries for over 20 years, though her true passions were an extension of her creativity and intellect, which included fashion, antiquing and her love of animals.

Maura is survived by her parents, her three siblings, six nieces and a nephew.

A celebration of Maura’s life will held on Saturday, August 17, 2024. The family will be receiving guest starting at 12:30 pm with a time of remembrance starting at 1 pm, followed by food and fellowship.

The celebration of Maura’s life will be held at the Haslett Community Church located at 1427 Haslett Rd in Haslett, Michigan.
