Judy grew up in Lansing, MI. She attended Central Michigan University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in education. She was a lifelong sports fan and especially enjoyed cheering for all MI teams.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, James and Verna Pulver, and her brother, Roy Pulver.
Judy is survived by her children, Deborah Scheel dos Santos (Aldenei) of NH, Matthew Scheel of MI, and Peter Scheel (Poyin) of MA, her grandchildren, Alyssa, Austin, Logan and Kira Brancheau of NH, and Lucas and Maya Scheel of MA, and her former husband, Richard Scheel of WA, and numerous other relatives.
Interment will be at Deepdale Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Lansing, MI. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Greater Lansing Food Bank. Online condolences may be shared at www.GrEastLansing.com
