Jason was such a great person whose kindness and patience were so central to who he was. His sense of humor and laugh were contagious, and I will miss him at our meetings. It's hard to believe he's gone, and he will be missed greatly. 

Jason was such a profound person in my life, and it saddens me that he has left this world before he had the opportunity to help people like he has me. We taught together at MSU for 5 years. In that time, he taught me to listen, observe, be thoughtful and weigh my words and reactions. Jason had this ability to almost never speak, but when he did, what he said was completely thought out and profoundly appropriate. 
I wish I had the chance to tell him this to his face or voice, but I moved on to another institution and he, sadly, moved on as well.
I wish that we had a chance to share a meal, as we often talked of food, like the true gourmands that we are, and I could tell him how great of a person he was, how good of a friend he was, and how he has made me a better person by doing so little, but doing it so perfectly.
Thank you JPP and you will forever be missed and forever be in my and many other's hearts.

We are so sorry to hear about Jason.  If there is anything we can do for you please don't hesitate to email us.  I just feel so sad and  that I want to sit down and cry.      Nick said both of your parents were having health problems too.  Again let us know what we can do to help.
