James Edward Snell

Passed away on August 19, 2015 at the age of 59. Jim was born October 2, 1955 in Lansing, Michigan to Jacob and Geraldine (Rulison) Snell, Sr. Jim was a hobbyist and enjoyed video editing, coin collecting, fishing, bowling and golf.

He was predeceased by his wife, Karen (1999), parents, two sisters, Mary Willet and Debra Snell, brother Keith Snell and daughter, Michelle DeLeon.

Surviving are his daughters, Mindy (John) Novack and Mary (Brandon) Baker; son James (Michelle) Snell; thirteen grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brother, Jacob (Linda) A. Snell, Jr.; sister, Martha Smith and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, August 25, 2015, 11:00 am, Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 1730 East Grand River Avenue, East Lansing, with Rev. Sherman Chris of Towar Hart Baptist Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
