I am so sorry to hear of Gordon's passing.  My husband did legal work for Gordon for several years and I have very fond memories of the wonderful celebrations Gordon held at "Longs".  I remember him as an incredibly kind and generous man.

Dear Lillian and Family,
We send our deepest sympathy on the passing of Gordon. He was an extremely creative person and we enjoyed many interesting business adventures. In last week's  gospel reading  Jesus was telling his apostles, "I go before you to prepare a place for you." We sincerely hope that he got that completed before Gordon arrived. Who knows what he will be up to with his visionary  mind and energy. Things may not be the same up above. We will truly miss him and consider him one of our very special friends.

Lillian,  I am so sorry to hear that Gordon has gone to a place where he will not suffer anymore.  I  enjoyed visiting with you and Gordon  at the Willows.  I have been in Florida since the first of November and hope to get back in Lansing around the first of June.  I  hope to get in touch with you in person when I return.


Lillian, Theresa &  Family,   Although not related,  Pearl Larson's family & myself have fond memories of your family.  Gram Larson thought of you as part of her family.    Many great memories for her working at Warner & Long Realty.      I received my first paycheck from Gordon when I worked at Travel Lodge Motel. I still have my first $. So sorry to hear of Gordon's passing.  He was one of the most positive, get it done individuals I have ever met or worked with.  I will always remember GL's love of Maine Lobster,  dining with friends, and always a great time at the party.   He will be missed.

So  sorry to hear that Gordon is gone.  Lillian and Teresa and family, you are in our thoughts. We have been talking about the fun & crazy times we all had at the Lake, as well as the really crazy things Gordon and Dad (Stan) and Doug used to do when they got together! Some we couldn’t even mention here. Great memories of a great man. Prayers and comfort to you all. 

Sorry for your loss, so many memories. My first real job was selling Real Estate for Warner and Long Realty.
