Beatrice was born in Neshkoro, Wisconsin, in 1928 to Frank and Anna Yasick. After growing up in a large family on a farm in Wisconsin, Bea moved to Detroit and lived the rest of her life in Michigan. She took great pride in all her family. She was happiest when socializing with family, friends, or anyone. There was always laughter and cheer. After retirement from her career as a social worker for the state of Michigan, she formed a news group to discuss current events and also created a book club.
She is survived by son, Spencer, of Haslett; and son, Neal, daughter-in-law Kathy, and granddaughter, Helen, of Okemos, Michigan. She is also survived by many extended family members around the country.
Her remains will be interred at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Okemos, Michigan, without a formal service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made Ingham County Medical Care Foundation https://dobieroad.org/product/donate/
