Age 61, died July 22, 2015 in Lansing, MI. Allen was a resident of Okemos for 8 years. He graduated from Manistique High School and Michigan Tech. Allen worked for 25 years at TRW, Sterling Heights location and retired from TRW in Portland, MI after a combined 30 plus years of service. He loved computers and home projects along with spending time with his family. Allen is preceded in death by his parents, William and Phyllis (Ross); sister, Pam Hoopes and her husband Rick; sister-in-law, Mary Putvin. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Elaine; daughter, Jennifer Putvin; sons, Kevin (Lauren) Putvin and Ross Putvin; brothers, Bradley (Diane) Putvin and Greg (Susan) Putvin; sister, Patty Jo (Ken) Dykman and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Saturday August 15, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. Please contact the family for location. For those desiring, contributions may be made to Christ Lutheran Church, 122 S.
