Scott James Cartier, 60, of East Hartford, passed away suddenly on December 31, 2022. Born on October 15, 1962, he was the son of the late James Cartier and Nancy Baricak (Wilson). Scott sadly leaves behind his wife Diane and his stepchildren, Andre Santiago and Lea Santiago, along with three grandchildren, Angelina Santiago, Leilani Santiago and Felix Burgos. Scott is also survived by his stepfather, Jim Wilson; brother, Randall Cartier and wife Amy Cartier; aunt and uncle, Theodore and Diane Baricak, along with beloved nieces and nephews. In addition to his dedication to family and friends, Scott was employed as a service technician for thirty years with Automatic TLC Energy and ten years with Barrieau Oil Company.
