Sadie L. “Santina” (Gallo) Carpino, 92, of East Hartford, wife of the late Giuseppe “Joe” Carpino, died Saturday July 16, 2016 at a local convalescent home. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Rosa Gallo. Prior to her to her retirement, she was employed for many years at Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center in East Hartford. She is survived by her son, Salvatore M. Carpino of East Hartford, four daughters, Rosemarie Stavola and her husband John of Wrentham, MA, Joanne Daniels of Ft. Worth, TX, Carol Carpino of Newington and Linda Cassey of Atlanta, GA and seven grandchildren; Julia Cassey, Joshua Cassey, Meghan Cassey, Derek Cassey, Joseph Daniels, Alyssa Stavola and Erica Stavola.
