Patrick Milne

Patrick F. Milne, 71 of East Hartford, died June 21, 2021 at Salmon Brook Nursing Center. Patrick was born in Hartford, on August 26,1949. He is predeceased by his parents, Albert and Helen (Kaczmarczyk) Milne and brother Thomas Milne. He is survived by brothers Michael Milne, Robert Milne, James Milne, and Steven Milne, by an only sister Shawna Kathleen Milne and by many nieces and nephews.

Patrick was a lifelong resident of East Hartford. He left East Hartford as a young man to pursue a career at Brooks Brothers, in New York, but returned missing his hometown. In his youth he served as an altar boy at St. Christopher Church. He was a graduate of George J. Penney High School. It was there that he began a career in teaching. He was a teacher at East Hartford High School for many years. He was a proud business owner, Milne Real Estate and Milne Contractors. He served in the Army National Guard.

Patrick will be laid to rest at the Silver Lane Cemetery, East Hartford on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 1:00 PM in the Veteran's section with military honors.
