Norman Allen Saad

Norman A. Saad, 88. of Cocoa, FL., formerly of East Hartford, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, December 24, 2016, surrounded by his caring family. He was the beloved husband of the late Teresa Saad.

He proudly served in the United States Coast Guard during World War II. He loved flying airplanes, shooting and hunting. He taught at A.I. Prince Technical School for thirty years.

Norman is survived by his son, Allen J. Saad and daughter Karen Southwick, and three grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at 10am in St. Mary Church, 15 Maplewood Rd., East Hartford CT 06108. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, East Hartford.
