

Judith R. (Flynn) Rulevich, 59, of South Glastonbury died Monday December 5, 2011 following a brave battle with cancer. She was a daughter of the late James T. and Sophie (Baginski) Flynn. Judith was a business planner and a manager with Hewlett Packard of Glastonbury for 20 years before her retirement in 2002. She then worked as a paralegal for several area attorneys. Judith was a communicant of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Glastonbury and was an ardent UCONN Women’s Huskies basketball fan. She enjoyed shopping, going out to eat, and spending time with her extended family. She is survived by her beloved husband of 24 years, Robert W. Rulevich, her daughters Carrie Ann Bryda of Bristol and Kerry Lynn Miano of Andover, her sons John A. Rulevich of SouthCarolina and Matthew T. Rulevich of Pennsylvania, her brothers James Flynn of Milford and Gary Flynn of Durham, her sisters Catherine Hansen of Wallingford and Patricia Maggipinto of Meriden and six treasured grandchildren, Morgan, Alex, Rees, Beck, Elisabeth, and Gianella. Funeral services will be Friday at 9AM from the Glastonbury Funeral Home, 450 New London Turnpike, Glastonbury, followed by the Liturgy of Christian Burial 10AM in St. Paul Church, Main Street in Glastonbury. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Stanley Street in New Britain. Visiting hours will be Thursday from 5-8PM.
