John Byron Sitaras

John Byron Sitaras, 64, of East Hartford, loving husband for 35 years of Jo Ann (Clemons) Sitaras, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday (November 22, 2018). Born on October 27, 1954 in Hartford, he was son of the late Byron Sitaras and Meressene (Kopteros) Sitaras. Throughout his life, John had a strong passion for playing the piano and composing music. John held a B.A. in music and Juris Doctorate. He proudly taught his children and grandchildren how to play the piano. Besides his wife Jo Ann, John is survived by his two sons Byron Sitaras and Zachariah Sitaras, both of East Hartford, and his beloved daughter Alexandra Sitaras. John also leaves his sister Vassilia Mazzotta, niece Michelle Mazzotta, nephew Michael Mazzotta and two adorned grandchildren Jacinda Eileen Sitaras, John Byron Sitaras and Arianna Marie LaFountain.
