Jeffrey was born in Bellefonte, PA on February 12, 1963, the son of James B. Conner and the late Sara J. Conner. He graduated from Glastonbury High School in 1981, where he was on the swim team and played varsity football. He was a 1985 graduate of Syracuse University and was most recently employed by AXA Equitable in Farmington as a Product Manager.
Jeffrey is survived by his wife of 20 years, Iris Mary Conner, their two sons, Kevin and Christopher, and his miniature daschund Cody.
Jeffrey played several sports during his childhood and was an avid sports fan, his favorites being the Syracuse Orangemen, Pittsburgh Steelers and New York Yankees. He enjoyed fishing and he spent much time passing his angling skills to his sons, who have become enthusiastic fishermen. He would have made a superb weatherman as he tracked and forecast upcoming weather events for his family and friends. He also loved to spend time with his family traveling to various places including Disney, Alaska, Switzerland, and several cruises.
In addition to his wife and two sons, he is survived by his father, James B. Conner, formerly of Glastonbury, and his wife Diana of Bluffton, SC, two brothers, Jonathan and his wife Janet of Geneva, Switzerland and Stephen and his wife Heather of Larchmont, New York, a mother and father-in-law, Athena and Gabriel Nisotis of Wethersfield, CT and many other family members and friends.

Funeral services will be held at the First Church of Christ Congregational, where the family are parishioners, 2183 Main Street, Glastonbury on Friday, May 3rd at 10 am.
Calling hours will be from 5:00-8:00pm on Thursday, May 2nd at Glastonbury Funeral Home, 450 New London Turnpike, Glastonbury, CT.
