Deborah Rice, 70, of Marlborough, passed away peacefully at Hartford Hospital on April 24, 2018, immersed in the love of her family. Deborah and her husband, Peter Fritsch, spent 50 beautiful years together, along with their daughter, Alana Adams, 35, and son, Thomas Fritsch, 29.
