Chris was a social butterfly who could talk to anyone. She loved having a good time, whether it was going dancing, going to the casino, or just listening to good music. She never missed the chance to go to a concert, and especially loved Michael Bublé, Bon Jovi, and Tom Jones. Her favorite place was the beach, where she loved spending time with her family.
Chris was gentle, sweet, and kind. Her greatest love in her life was her beloved daughter, Francesca Nicole Palmer, and son-in-law Kyle.
She will also be dearly missed by her niece Michelle Spielman, nephews Michael Spielman and his wife Melanie, Richard Spielman and his wife Jen, grandnieces Karina and her fiancé Cameron, Angie, and Lulu, as well as many extended cousins who she adored, and several friends who were like family to her.
She is now at peace in the company of her beloved mother Grace and her sisters Teri and Nancy, and many other family members who have welcomed her home to sit at the table having old-fashioned Sicilian "Sunday dinners" with them in heaven.
All are welcome to attend calling hours on Thursday, October 14, 2021 10am-12noon, with a funeral service to follow immediately at 12noon, at Newkirk & Whitney Funeral Home, 318 Burnside Ave., East Hartford CT 06108. Burial is private and at the convenience of the family. To leave an online condolence or view her video tribute, please visit www.newkirkandwhitney.com
