Charlotte Mae (Baldwin) Beaupre Mueller, 84, of Berlin, passed away peacefully on December 27, 2018. She was born in Hartford, the second daughter of the late Charles and Isabelle (Otterbein) Baldwin. After graduating from Bloomfield High School in 1952, she married the late Paul Joseph Beaupre. Charlotte then married the late Jerome F. Mueller of West Hartford. She was employed as an Administrative Assistant by Capital Region Council of Governments and later at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church in West Hartford, where she was the Executive Secretary for more than 30 years.
She is survived by two daughters, Michele “Mimi” Saidi and her husband Bob and Jolene Grasso and her husband Joseph, one son, Roger Beaupre and his wife Susan, and her step-children, Judith Lopez, Joan Bystrowski and her husband Robert, Kathy West and her husband Richard, Karen Ragaisis and her husband Michael, Mark Mueller and his wife Jeannine, and Michael Mueller and his wife Kai Ann and of course 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren who always made her smile. She is also survived by two nephews, David Seaman and his wife Karen, Ronald Seaman and his wife Laurie.
Charlotte enjoyed cross-stitch, Sudoku and word searches. She loved Maine, especially Mt. Desert Island, and if she had not HATED to fly, she would have seen so much more of this world. She was a selfless, strong, intelligent woman with a quiet voice, an observant nature, and a determined spirit. She will be greatly missed. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
