Beverly Mae Johnston, 80, longtime resident of East Hartford, more recently of Manchester, passed away on December 21, 2013. She was born on November 14, 1933 in Pittston, PA, a daughter of the late Floyd and Vivian (Eddy) Tonkin.
Beverly will be dearly missed by her sons; James and Timothy Johnston, her sisters; Betty Morgan of Mt. Pleasant SC, Judith Bosworth and her husband Berry of Wilton, CT, Sandra carrier of Manchester, CT, her granddaughter Jessica Johnston, and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband James Johnston, sister Barbara Tonkin, 2 brothers Robert and Glenn Tonkin, and niece Jodi Carrier.
Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
