Sr. Virginia Young, SSJ "Sr. M. St. Robert" entered into rest on June 19, 2024 at age 93. Loving daughter of the late Robert and Ethel (nee Griffiths) Young; predeceased by her siblings: Alice (Frank) Malone, Robert (Jean) Young, Ethel Ernst and her twin sister, Sr. Loretta Young, SSJ; dear friend of Jackie (Patricia) O’Donnell; also survived by loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great-grandnieces, great-grandnephews and Sisters in her Religious Community. Relatives and friends may visit the Sisters of St. Joseph Clarence Residence, 4975 Strickler Rd., Clarence, NY 14031 on Wednesday (June 26, 2024) from 2-7pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 4375 Harris Hill Rd. (corner of Main St.), Williamsville, NY 14221 on Thursday (June 27, 2024) at 10am. Please assemble at church. Service will be ASL interpreted. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery, Sisters of St. Joseph Section.
