Richard P. Metz, of Amherst, NY entered into rest on October 26, 2024 at age 82. Beloved partner of the late Susan F. Campbell; loving son of the late Clarence and Evelyn (nee O'Neill) Metz; dear brother of the late Clarence Metz. Rich was a lifelong lover of fishing, car racing and cats. He retired after many years as a maintenance worker at the University of Buffalo. A private entombment was held at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
