Dear Dr. Hudson, Our deepest sympathy on the loss of Mrs. Hudson.  Since we moved  back to the lake 2 years ago, during the summers, I felt something was missing.  On Thursday when my mother told me about Mrs. Hudson's death, I figured it out.  Many of my best childhood memories were from when you & your family were at the lake.  Mrs. Hudson was a great person, wife and mother and will be greatly missed by you, your family & anyone who had the privilege to meet her.  I am sure that she has already made many new friends in heaven.  My sincere regrets that I am not able to attend her memorial service. Chris Morwald, CD

She was a great lady who led a beautiful life!  Remember all the good times!

The word that comes to mind when remembering my Aunt Helen is gracious.  She was a true lady, unfailingly polite and welcoming.  Even in her illness, she was pleasant and smiling.  My Aunt Helen showed love, kindness and   generosity of spirit.  I will always be grateful for how she and my Uncle Tony opened their home to care for my mother (her sister) in my Mom's final months.  My mother felt happy and safe in familiar surroundings and was buoyed by the company of her family. Growing up, my brother and I shared many fun times with my aunt, uncle and cousins.  A beautiful legacy to Aunt Helen is that her children,  grandchildren, and great grandchildren  continued to surround her, showing her the love and care they were raised with.  She will be missed...most especially by Uncle Tony.  Aunt Helen and Uncle Tony seemed inseparable, still "in love" after nearly 70 years of marriage!!!  What a wonderful role model.
