Tammy was born in Erwin, North Carolina to John Wayne & Barbara Grady.
She is preceded in death by her father, John Wayne Grady.
Tammy enjoyed visiting the mountains, loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ but spending time with her wonderful family and friends was her favorite past time.
Tammy is survived by her husband of 39 wonderful years, Larry Pitts of Salemburg.
She is also survived by her mother, Barbara Grady of Erwin; Son, Larry Wayne Pitts and wife Morgan Pitts of Dunn; Three grandchildren, Mckenna, Addison and Landon Pitts of Dunn; Brother, Matthew Grady and wife Patti Grady of Dallas, TX; Sister, Kim Thomas and husband Kenneth Thomas of Clinton; Two Nephews, Cody Thomas of Newton Grove, Joshua Grady of Ft. Worth, TX; Niece, Angie Grady of Ft. Worth, TX. Great Niece and Great Nephew, Katie Rae and JJ Palmer of Dallas, TX.
A visitation for family and friends for Tammy will be held Saturday, April 20, 2024 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Cromartie-Miller Funerals and Cremations.
A celebration of life service will occur Sunday, April 21, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Old Mill Church of God, 170 Williams Lake Rd., Roseboro, NC 28382.
A burial to follow service will be held at Autry-Daniels Cemetery, 947 Payton Daniels Road, Salemburg, NC.
