Rita Joyce Secor

Rita was born on March 22, 1954, in Cumberland County to the late Earl Parker and Vira Ellen Crane Parker.

She is preceded in death by two sisters, Linda Herbstreith and Brenda West, and five brothers, Ricky Parker, Ronnie Parker, Buddy Parker, William Parker and Jeffery Parker

She retired from Morganite in Dunn NC as a mold operator.

Rita truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures, such as spending time with her sisters, brothers, aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces. She is deeply loved by all.

Rita is survived by three sisters, Wanda Brewer of Dunn, NC; Shelia Norris & (husband) Garland of Lillington, NC; Debbie Ivey of Falcon, NC, Nieces, Julie Brewer and Jennifer Brides, Great Nephew, Seth Whitehead, Great Niece, Krista Whitehead and several aunts and uncles.

The visitation for Rita will be Thursday, September 28, 2023, from 12:30 p.m.-1:30 p.m. at Cromartie Miller Funeral Home in Dunn, with a graveside service to follow at 2:00 p.m. at Erwin Memorial Cemetery.
