Rachel was born on Tuesday, April 14, 1931, in Harnett County, North Carolina to the late Johnnie B. McLamb and Lela Cannady McLamb. In addition to her parents, her husband, Fred Miller, preceded her in death.
Her sons survive Rachel: Ray Miller (Wendy), of Erwin, NC. Doug Miller, (Kent), of Atlanta, GA, and Dennis Miller, (Sheila), of Angier, NC; three grandson, Kevin Miller, (Miken), Jason Miller, (Lea Ann), and Colby Miller, (Jess); seven great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at Hodges Chapel Church Cemetery with Rev. Wesley Hamilton officiating.
