Mrs. Norma Jean Norden West, age 68, of Lillington died Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at her residence.
Mrs. West was born October 18, 1953 in Lee County, the daughter of the late William Everett Norden and Lillie O’Quinn Norden and is preceded in death by her husband, Luther B. West, Jr. She is also preceded in death by her step-father, Paul Walker, and her brothers, Ellis and Billy Norden.
She was a dispatcher for the Fuquay and Angier Police Departments.
She is survived by: Sons: Luther B. “Benjie” West, III and (wife) Heather of Buies Creek, NC and Richard C. West and (wife) Tina of Garner, NC.
A Sister: Linda Gail Case of Lillington, NC.
Grandchildren: Chris West & Melissa of Raleigh, NC; Bradley West, Daniel West of Garner, NC; Savannah Walters of Yuma, Arizona and Lorelai West of Buies Creek, NC.
On Wednesday July 6, 2022 the family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. at Cromartie-Miller Funeral Home. A celebration of life service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel.
