Kathleen Eason

Kathleen was born November 9, 1919 in Harnett County the daughter of the late Leck Pleasant and Beulah Peterson Pleasant. She is also preceded in death by her beloved husband, Woodrow Eason.'

Mrs. Eason was a talented musician and played the piano for local churches and nursing homes for over 60 years until finally at the age of 90 she retired. She loved to share the gift of music with others and never met a stranger. She was a gentle and sweet lady that had a strong faith in God.

Left to cherish her memory are her son, Everitt Allen Bentley & (wife) Gail of Greensboro, NC; daughter, Peggy Ann Ivey of Erwin, NC; Grandchildren: David Ivey (Sonya), James Ivey (Sharon), John Ivey (Lisa) and Marshall Bentley (Carmen) , 5 Great Grandchildren; 3 Great Great Grandchildren and numerous other loving family and friends.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2 pm Saturday, April 20, 2019 at Cromartie Miller Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Erwin Memorial Park.
