Dunn, NC Mrs. Flora Lucas Clayton, age 91, of Dunn died Wednesday Evening, February 22, 2017 at Cornerstone Nursing and Rehab Center in Dunn. Mrs. Clayton was born in Cumberland County on January 14, 1926 the daughter of the late Junie Madison Lucas & Janet Isabelle Davis Lucas. She is preceded in death by her husband, Purvis Clayton and 2 brothers, Charles Lucas & J.C. Lucas. Flora was a member of Dunn Advent Christian Church where she was a Sunday School Teacher for over 40 years. She loved her church as well as flowers, her family and animals. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Cromartie Miller Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Michael Whitley officiating. Burial will follow in Devotional Gardens.
