I just found out about the passing of your love one. I had the honor to serve Mr. Danny at Sadler Truck Stop when I worked there. He always wanted popcorn and he always came in laughing, smiling, and making jokes. He made my job a little easy and pleasant. My deepest condolences

Danny was an amazing friend to me who was always there. I will always keep him in my mind and carry him with me. I wish I could be there to say goodbye in person.

Danny was a great guy worked for him for years not only a good friend but was a heck of a father raised some good boys and was good to the other kids he helped raise will always remember his grin and will always be thankful for all he did for me he will be missed by many enjoy your fords in heaven buddy

Danny Ray was our neighbor and friend for thirty-three years.  We shared a love for FORD and Mustangs.  We rejoice knowing he is in Heaven. May God comfort his family. "God is close to the brokenhearted." Psalm 34:18

Believe me when I say that everyone at Sagebrush Steakhouse is devastated. Danny was one of our most regular customers and he was always my very first one on Mondays. I always had his tea ready for him. We looked forward to seeing him every week. Prayers and peace to his family. He is dearly missed.

Danny Ray was the only man to give a 16 year old girl hope of having her own ride. My first car came from him, among many thereafter. Along with a bit of kin, no matter what, he was a man of his word. Many fond memories I have and will forever cherish! To me, he was a man that seemed somewhat celebrity, though very down to earth. A legacy some might say. I send my love and prayers to Stacy, Corey, Adam and Tiffany. May you find comfort knowing that he will live on in many hearts for years to come! 

Some of my favorite times in life were spent on Saturdays at the race track with Danny Ray. Ive never met a more calm cool and collective man in my life.  You will be missed by many. I really wish I could be there this weekend and im heart broken I can't. I will come see you next time in NC. Ride easy Mr. Danny- Scooter

All the car's I ever bought I still have today I told him you going to sell me this car or not because I want it and they are my favorite car's today I'm sorry for your loss he will always be remember as My friend

Always enjoyed his Christmas parties and car shows. He was a great man and had many friends.

Danny Ray was my step dad for many many years. He was the dad he didn't have to be to me. I will miss him everyday, but I will carry the memories we shared and everything he "learned" me. Had it not been for him I would have never had the things I did. He bought me my first car and "learned" me how to drive a manual. He put me through school and alot more, but he also taught me to work. To this day I am forever grateful and carry alot of his traits with me daily. I could go on and on about my life with him. 

Dear family,
Danny was a special person to our Business and to us personally as well.
We could always count on Danny to full fill our pallet needs timely and professionally.
Occasionally Danny would drop by to chat and discuss on needs for the upcoming season, which was always a pleasant visit.
Danny will be missed dearly, happy to know he is at peace without long suffering, God took care of the situation.

A longtime friend. Such a shock. Sent me a happy mother's day text. Will be missed. 

I will miss Danny he love cars and racing I talked to Danny a couple weeks ago and he told how he was getting ready to go to the car show at pigeon forge.

Sorry to learn of Danny passing he and Larry Ray were friends our thoughts are with Peggy and all the family

I met Danny way back when he worked for Randall Holmes. I will never forget the two Black Ford trucks he had back in late 70,s maybe early 80,s I believe one was an f-150 and the other A Ranger he had them both lifted way up in the air. Your all out Ford man RIP.

Danny and Terry King, my husband, were the very best of friends!  Danny was a Christian & loved the Lord! He was a happy fun loving man and lived life to the fullest!  He loved his family, his friends, his cars & his food.  He was a very caring, giving man.  We both loved Danny & will miss him dearly!  RIP Danny & we'll see you in Heaven one day!  Condolences to his Family.  May God bless them & give them Peace during this time!

Danny will be remembered as a cool guy who loved Fords in particular and owned several special autos. His mother, Peggy, said he must have inherited his keen interest in cars from her daddy who was an auto mechanic back in the day.  He and one of his sons. Adam, spent every  Sunday afternoon with Peggy dining out at various restaurants. She looked so forward to it, too! I lived with them during the 8th grade and truly appreciate all they did for me. I helped with Danny since he was in his first year of school and his mama was at work. Many more good memories I could share as an adult but I mainly want to say that I was truly shocked to learn of his death. Fly high and be with your father and other relatives who have passed away before you. I hope you will RIP, Danny!
