He was proceeded in death by both parents, Lonnie McLeod Sr. and Melissa Norris McLeod. Four sisters, Naomi, Aleen, Maggie, and Vira. Five brothers, Billy, Bruce, Oliver, Olen, and Warren. Two daughters, Kay McLeod Hong of Dunn, and Wendy Staton of Dunn.
He is survived by his daughter Rose McLeod, brother Wallace McLeod, Grandsons Matthew Hong and wife Jessica Hong of Dunn, and Philip Parker. A great grandson Damien Hong. Nieces and nephews including Gary McLeod and Raeford McLeod.
He leaves behind a lot of good friends around town. His smile, good stories, and friendship will be forever missed!
