Bill Bryant, age 89 of Erwin, passed away on Friday December 3, 2021 in Dunn, NC.
Bill was born May 13, 1933 in Cumberland County. Son to the late Herman Bryant and Callie Hair Bryant. He is preceded in death by siblings Bobby, Thurman, J.B., Donald Ray, Lucille and Aileen.
He is also preceded in death by his wife, Frances Geraldine Bryant.
He worked as a Lineman for 47 years. As a young man, if he had the chance, he would go fishing. Bill loved to tinker with lawn mowers and other mechanical devices. He was always on the move, he never liked to be still and was always tinkering with something.
He is survived by:
A Son: Richie Bryant of Erwin, NC.
A daughter: Sonya Wood & Donnie Dunn, NC.
Grandchildren: Skyler Tyndall Grady & (husband) Jeremy of Erwin, NC.
Brothers: Johnny Bryant and Roy Bryant both of Linden, NC.
A Graveside Memorial Service will be held Pleasant Grove Church Cemetery on Saturday, December 18th at 1:00 PM.
