Jessica "Jess" Renee Rollins
April 14, 1977 – January 15, 2014
Jessica Renee Rollins, 36, of Port Richey, Florida, passed on Wednesday, Janaury 15, 2014. She was born in Dayton, Ohio, and moved to Florida in 1981.
Jessica loved the beach and all kinds of music.
She was preceded in death by her father, Dennis Scarborough.
She is survived by her loving mother, Gloria Settlemire; step-father, Charles Settlemire; sons, Griffin and Chance Alexander Rollins; brother, Brian Scarborough; step-brothers, Brian and Brad Settlemire and fiance, Charles Rosemire.
