Eloise R. Otterson-Pett, 69, of Safety Harbor, Florida, passed on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at Suncoast Hospice Care Center North Pinellas. Eloise was born in the Philippines.
She is survived by her husband, Jeffrey; daughters, Charizma Otterson of Los Angeles, California and Gizella Otterson of Brooklyn New York; sister, Maripet Alvez; brother, Claudio Ripoll and brother, Gerry Ripoll all of Australia. Memorial donations can be made to Suncoast Hospice
