Gloria Alexander

Gloria Alexander Born September 24, 1936 in Bunkie, Louisiana and went home to meet her Lord and Savior on September 21, 2017 to celebrate her 81st birthday on streets of gold. Gloria was preceded in death by her loving husband Cleo Alexander. Christian Funeral Services will be 11 AM Friday September 29, 2017 at David Clayton and Sons Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Laurel Land Memorial Park in Dallas Texas in the Court of Memories. Do not stand at my grave and weep; I am not there. I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow; I am the diamond glints on snow. I am the sunlight on ripened grain; I am the gentle autumn’s rain. When you awaken in the morning’s hush, I am the swift uplifting rush, of quiet birds in circled flight. I am the soft star that shines at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry. I am not there; I did not die.
