Betty Blassingame Brewer

Betty Brewer Born July 28, 1933 in Chilicothe, Texas and went home to meet the Lord on December 11, 2016 in Kilgore, Texas to spend her first Christmas in Heaven. Betty is preceded in death by her husband Bob Brewer, son Ken Bibb and his wife Linda. She is survived by her son Keith Bibb, daughter Kim Archer, 1 grandson Kenny Bibb, great grandchildren Andrea, Dallas and Nolan, Sisters Doris Shearin, Luella Brandenburg and husband Kenneth and numerous other family members and friends. Family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Thursday December 15, 2016 at David Clayton and Sons. Graveside Services will be 12 PM on Friday December 16, 2016 at Little Bethel Memorial Park where she will be laid to rest beside her husband Bob.

God Be My Guide It’s early in the morning And I’m off to work again I see the sun is rising As I’m waving to a friend It’s good to be alive To breathe the fresh clean air And as I join the traffic I say a little prayer Thank you God in heaven For looking after me; For all the many blessings Of friends and family. Please let me serve you in any way I can, To give a word of comfort- To hold a trembling hand.
