Wayne Richard Towle

He was born Oct 31, 1948 in Duluth to Howard and Marion (Woollett) Towle.

He attended and graduated from Denfeld High School. After school he moved to the cities and spent a good portion of his early career in the printing industry. He later worked for the city of St. Paul.

Dicky enjoyed photographing local scenery, spending time outdoors and riding his bike.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Shawn.

He is survived by son, Eric (Bobbi) Towle of Fort Bliss, TX; daughter Tessa (Jason Derr) of Benton, WI.; sister Susan (Richard) Larson of Esko, MN; brother Howard (Jeanne) Towle of Ramsey, MN; 3 grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews other family members and friends.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the many people in the local community that helped Wayne throughout his journey and to the people of the Salvation Army who held a special place in Wayne’s heart.

Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
