Virginia Larson

Gin was born on April 26, 1926 in Duluth to Sophie and Stanley Celusta. She graduated from Duluth Central High School and went on to work at Arco Coffee. She was united in marriage to Arthur Larson on May 21, 1947.

Gin was a member of St. Josephat’s National Polish Catholic Church. In the summer, she enjoyed spending time at the cabin with her family. For 54 years, Gin enjoyed playing cards in The Bridge Club with friends. In addition, Gin enjoyed baking, helping others, and was a caregiver for many years.

Gin will be greatly missed by those who came to know and love her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Art; and brother, George Celusta.

Gin is survived by her daughter, Claudia (Ray) Grover; son, Scott (Jody) Larson; grandchildren, Brandon, Amanda, Dustin and Brent; and great grandchildren, Jaxson and Jameson.

Visitation: 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. Funeral Service on Thursday, January 10, at Bell Brothers Jarvi-Dowd Funeral Home, 925 E 4th Street in Duluth.
