Linda K. Howden

Linda was born in Warren, MN and moved to the Twin Ports area at a young age. She graduated from Proctor High School and a few years later began her long time career with St. Louis County. Linda was the kind of person we all dream to be: gorgeous, vibrant, hilarious and entirely sincere. With her infectious smile and constant laugh, she is a reminder to all who have known her to take on the world with open arms, cherishing memories, looking to the future, but most importantly, living today.

She is preceded in death by her husband Dennis and her parents.

Linda is survived by her daughters, Sara (Anthony Courtright) Ion, Tessa Ion; siblings, Robert Jadeke, Sande (Randy) Silver, Karla Aaland, Terri (Gary) Beckwith and Richard Jadeke; nieces and nephews Jenna, Laura, Elise, Tom, Michael, Lena, Ryan, Heather, Travis, Ryan, Kathy, Kevin, Doug, Darin, Diane and David as well as many other family members and friends.

A gathering of family and friends will be held at 2 P.M. on Sunday, September 25, 2011 at the Rose Garden on London Rd. in Duluth. A reception will be held from 3-5 P.M. at Blackwoods 2525 London Rd. immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be donated to your favorite charity.
