Daniel Eilert Ellis

Daniel graduated from Duluth Central High School class of 1986 and was also a graduate of University of Minnesota Duluth. On June 25, 1988, he married

Tiffany Eider in Duluth. He also raised three beautiful children.

He was well versed in technology and worked for U.M.D. I.T.S.S. for many years. He was known as being the family “computer nerd” and enjoyed having the latest and the greatest Mac products.

Daniel was preceded in death by his parents, Dale and Joanne; and father-in-law, Gerald Eider.

He will be greatly missed by his wife, Tiffany of Duluth; children, Ben, Katie, and Elise Ellis all of Duluth; siblings, Jeffrey Ellis of Duluth, and Katherine (Keith) Tomaier of Glidden, WI; special cousin, Bryan Kent; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation: 5:00-7:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at Duluth Gospel Tabernacle, 1515 W Superior Street, Duluth. The visitation will continue from 10:00 until the 11:00 a.m. Funeral Service Wednesday March 8, 2017 at the church.
