Tammy Lynn Floyd Stansell, age 51, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Thursday, September 1, 2022. She was born February 26, 1971 in Rome, Georgia. Tammy enjoyed life and family was the center of her life – she loved her grandbabies. Tammy had “weenie” dogs and she loved her pups. In her spare time, she enjoyed traveling to the beach and to the mountains, and especially loved going to Montana. Tammy was Baptist by Faith.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Jack and Betty (Jenkins) Floyd; and a sister, Janie Deacon.
Those left to cherish her memory are her beloved husband of 14 years, Monty Jack Stansell; son, Cody Floyd; daughters, Lisa Stansell, Audrey Prather (Adam), and Tammi Ray; sister, Priscilla Hurst; 15 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; as well as a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
A memorial service will be planned at a later date.
