Robert "Trey" W. Brown III

Mr. Robert W. “Trey” Brown, III, age 20, of Winston passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2016. Mr. Brown was born on March 1, 1995, the son of Cynthia Womack Brown and the late Robert W. “Butch” Brown, Jr. Trey was preceded in death also by his grandmothers, Nancy Bass, Deanna C. Brown and his grandfather, Robert Walter Brown, Sr. Trey loved fast cars, motorcycles, water sports, hunting and most of all he loved his family. He brought a smile to everyone’s face with his contagious personality and his big heart.

Survivors include his mother, Cynthia “Cindy” Brown, his son, Dakota Jaden Morris and his mother, Rebekah Morris, two sisters, Dana Ashley Brown and her son Kasen Moon, and Blake Alexandria Brown,his grandfather, Jack Bass as well as a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services for Trey will be conducted on Saturday February 6, 2016 at 11 a.m. from the Rosehaven Chapel of Whitley – Garner Funeral Home with Pastor Josh Agan officiating. Burial will follow in the family lot of the Douglasville City Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6 pm until 8 pm at the funeral home. Pallbearers are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. and they include Mason Terry, Matthew Brown, Dillon Brown, Hunter Bass, Ian Brown, Nathan Brown, Reynaldo Rodriguez, George Brown, and Austin Babbs. Serving as an honorary pallbearer will be Hunter Bartl.

In lieu of flowers, the family request the memorial contributions be made to the trust fund for Dakota Jaden Morris.
