Mary Lee Cook

Mrs. Mary Lee Cook, age 61, of Douglasville, GA passed away Friday, July 4, 2014. She was born May 23, 1953 in Atlanta, GA. She moved to Douglasville in the early 1970s and was employed with Douglas County as an Engineering Clerk for 12 years..

Mrs. Cook was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Mildred Hamilton Crawford.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Gerald ‘Jerry’ Cook; son, Matthew C. Cook; brothers, Joseph Crawford, Daniel Crawford and Thomas Crawford; sisters, Debbie Turey and Becky Crawford; numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM. A memorial service will follow at 1:00 PM in the Rosehaven Chapel with Reverend Hugh Grimmer officiating.
