Mrs. Lottie Dowell Smith Robbins, age 81, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away December 27, 2016. A native of Douglas County, she was born February 3, 1935. Mrs. Robbins retired from Life of Georgia with 26 years of service. She loved flowers and was an avid crossword puzzler.
Mrs. Robbins was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 52 years, Johnnie Robbins; and her parents, Alfred Dowell and Pauline Morris Smith.
She is survived by her sons, Michael A. Robbins, Danny Robbins and Frederick Robbins; brother, Alfred Smith; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; a lifelong friend, Dorsey Head; as well as other family and friends.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, December 29, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The funeral service will be Friday, December 30, 2016 at 11:00 AM in the Rosehaven Chapel. Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
