Jerry Ray Riles, age 85, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2024. He was born December 8, 1938 in Tampa, Florida. Jerry proudly served his country as a Veteran of the United States Marines. He was a devoted husband and a loving father and grandfather. Jerry was an avid sports fan. He loved deer hunting and fishing, both fresh and saltwater.
Preceding him in death were his parents, John Thomas and Grace (Andrews) Riles; three brothers and three sisters.
Those left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife, Violet (McNatt) Riles; daughter, Lori Wetzel; two grandchildren, Adelyn Wetzel and Elijah Wetzel (Michelle); as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Privates services will be planned for a later date.
Whitley-Garner at Rosehaven is honored to be entrusted with the services of Mr. Wetzel.
