Gwendolyn was born in Detroit, Michigan on June 28, 1947, the daughter of the late Sylvester Laverne Curry Green and Leon Ceasar Green. She had worked in the education industry as a special Resource Teacher. She had a love for travel, enjoyed the outdoors, walking and watching TV series. Gwendolyn was a faithful member of the Church at Chapel Hill in Douglasville and she loved spending time reading God’s word.
She is survived by her husband, Phillip Ronny Senegal of thirty seven years, son, Phillip Senegal, Jr., brothers Edward Green, Johnny Green, Leon Green, sisters, Evon Green, Gloria Green, granddaughter, Tashana May-Lee Senegal, great granddaughter, Leauni Tmnyque Senegal Hill.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leon Ceasar Green and Sylvester Laverne Curry Green.
In accordance with her wishes, she will be cremated.
