Frances Darlene Grainger

Mrs. Frances Darlene Grainger, age 60, of Douglasville, GA passed away Thursday, March 28, 2019. She was born January 12, 1959 in Darien, GA. Darlene enjoyed writing poetry in her free time, was The Walking Dead’s number one fan, and was a big part of their fan club. Her favorite pastime however, was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her first love, and the father of her three children, James Strickland; parents, Walter Rozier and Kathleen Yopp; brother, Junior Rozier and sisters, Annalou Moore and Marie Williamson.

Darlene is survived by her loving husband, Anthony Grainger; her three children, Corey Strickland, Kelley Strickland and Keri O’Neal, as well as her son-in-law, Matthew O’Neal; brothers, Buddy Rozier, Sammy Rozier and Adam Rozier as well as sisters, Louanna Rozier and Georgianna Newton. Her grandchildren, Christian Dunson, Caleb Dunson, Tayshaun Bolton, Naya Hunter, Lyllian Strickland, Jamari Nichols, Walker O’Neal, Romie Strickland, Ella O’Neal and Cora O’Neal as well as numerous other nieces, nephews, family members and friends.

The family will have a service at a later date.
